Hi there! We’re inviting pet owners to take part in a virtual interview to help us better understand your needs and experiences. Your feedback will help shape how we care for pets and support their families. Please note that this is for a general study, not a medical consult or opportunity to discuss specific cases.

What to expect

Start with a short questionnaire
If selected, you’ll book a virtual interview at a time that works for you
The interview takes about 45 to 60 minutes
As a thank you, you’ll receive a $50 credit for a participating veterinary practice nearest you

Recording, privacy, and eligibility

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and understand that any subsequent interview session booked will be recorded and transcribed for research and quality purposes. The information collected will be used to help our veterinary clinic understand customer experiences and improve services.

Participation is voluntary. Your responses and personal information will be treated confidentially, and you may stop the interview at any time without penalty.

This opportunity is open to Canadian residents who are 18+ and are their pet’s primary caregiver.
