What this means for you
No more trying to remember when your pet is due for something or digging through old emails. You’ll be able to quickly see what’s coming up and what’s already been taken care of. For things like checking a vaccine, booking an appointment, or requesting a refill, you can often handle it in a few taps instead of calling.
We’re still available by phone, email, or text if you’d prefer.
How to get started
If you are an existing client, you can access Vello from the mobile app in the Apple App Store, or via an Internet browser on your phone or laptop. There’s no username and password to remember. Your pet’s information is pre-loaded, and Vello will authenticate you using your mobile number or email address.
If you’re unable to log in with your phone number, please call the practice. If you are a new client, need help setting up your account, or have any questions, please reach out to us. We’re excited to connect with you on our new app.
